"Ellie's Seed Story"

What have you learned?
Ellie and her group learned about all of the different factors that affected the germination of seeds. they also learned about the different biochemical cycles that their plants were involved in. They also learned abut the different types of competition and survival that the plant;s and he garden bed were participating in eveyday.

What suprised or amazed you?
Ellie was suprised that her and her group's seeds did not grow. even though she took good care of them and followed all of the steps to growing a plant. she was amazed when she saw all the plants in the garden thriving and how some were growing on different levels than others.

What made you laugh?
the only time Ellie really laughed was when her and her group would go out to the garden to check their plant everyday and saw no progress in their plant whatsoever. this made them laugh because it was funny to see the other plants in the garden growing taller and taller compared to their little baby sprout barely growing at all.

what made you pause and think a little deeper?
when Ellie and her group first started, their plant was not growing at all, they had to think a little deeper and figure out why their plant was not sprouting. this made them think that their was something wrong with the seeds that were given to them.
